Bookings can be made for a week, from Friday till Friday (negotiable). Why on a Friday? Simply because we have experienced that by car there's less traffic on a Friday then in the weekend and as there are flights to the nearest airports Ancona or Pescara.
included: water, electricity, heating for the first €150,00 per week (if above that, it will be charged additionally), sheets, towels
